To bolster these efforts, we have engaged with XMS Capital Partners, which has a presence in London, Chicago, and Boston, and Rochefort Associates, operating out of Paris and Shanghai, to advise and spearhead our fundraising activities. Furthermore, we are in advanced discussions with Hisense Group and the VIDAA Smart TV operating system to bring BoltOS’s immersive streaming capabilities to a broader audience. This collaboration aims to showcase our technology to new content partners globally, enhancing our footprint in the smart TV ecosystem.
In February, Bolt+ hosted the Dubai 24Hr Motor Race, powered by Hankook Tyres. This event featured multiple live streams, including in-car and on-location feeds, demonstrating Bolt+’s versatility and potential for interactive viewer engagement. Erik Naeser, Head of Operations and Legal at Sports Advantage, praised the platform’s interactive functionalities, highlighting its success in delivering a rich, immersive experience.
Advancing BoltChain Capabilities
Since launching BoltChain’s testnet, we’ve recorded an impressive 80,000 transactions, underscoring the platform’s growing adoption and utility. Our staking platform, currently in beta, is being designed right now so it’ll offer Bolt Token holders the opportunity to earn rewards in Plus Tokens, further enhancing the ecosystem’s appeal. This will also help our very own blockchain to hit the ground running at full speed, with excellent liquidity and transactions moving through the system at full pelt.

May also saw us hosting our first ever subscription-only event on Bolt+. Bridget Foliaki-Davis, the multi-award-winning functional nutritionist and host of Bridget’s Healthy Kitchen, who streamed a health boot camp on Bolt+ to her global community of more than 80,000 people. The event marked the debut of a subscription-only event on Bolt+, opening the door to creators using this feature as an additional means of revenue generation.
